Idle Fine and Smooth, Rough Crusing

I have a 2007 Monte Carlo SS and I just replaced the Bank 1 Knock Sensor but I still have a problem. While in Park or Neutral, runs nice and smooth, but as soon as I start moving all the sudden it starts running rough unless I give it some gas and it runs normal for a moment, I have to put it in neutral to take a corner because it acts like it wants to cut off, as soon as I put it in neutral, problem goes away. Anyone that can give advice on what my problem may be I would greatly appreciate it. This is my 2nd Monte Carlo, I had a 2004 with a V6 for (18) years but it caught on fire in my driveway, this is the only kind of car I have driven since 2004 so please help if you can. Thanks 🙏

The easy place to start - is it throwing any codes, either active or pending?

What prompted replacement of the knock sensor?

What's the age /mileage of the ignition system components ( plugs, wires, coils)? Also would be helpful to know mileage of the car in general.

How does fueling look at idle and when its having issues - is the O2 pegging rich or lean, or are there any strong trends in fuel trims (short and long)? Do you have a way to check fuel pressure?

Did this start all of a sudden one day (went from 100% good to 100% bad in an instant) or was it a minor problem that kept getting worse and worse over time?
