High & Low Beams always on.....
 

After going through 40 pages I could not find any info, Sorry if this is a repeated question.
2003 SS. My "highbeam out" message came up, but when I check they are on. I pulled all the bulbs and they are good. While the car is running the highs & lows are on but the lows are very dim. When I pull the switch all go a bit brighter but not much. Does this sound like the multi switch or a more serious electrical problem?

try resetting the car by taking off the negative line to the battery

ive been looking all day for a solution to this, i finally found someone that is having the same problem as me, i hope that someone will see this and also chime in or by any chance you came up with a solution. (even though this is a really old thread)
