HELP! What is this part?

Hey guys, I'm replacing UIM gasket and LIM gaskets today on the 2000 Monte Carlo SS. While removing the fuel line, I accidentally snapped this little plastic hose.

Can someone please identify it for me so that I can get a replacement ASAP? The last of the three pictures shows the broken part, but the tube runs across the front of the engine and over to the left side, as shown in the first picture. I'm not sure if it's all one part or if I can just get a couple of parts...

Pull the piece of broken off plastic tubing out of the rubber junction with a pair of needle nose pliers, deburr tubing, then press it into the junction. A very light coat of grease on the tubing will help get it to slide in. ;)

That hose and the thinner one next to it on the TB come as one piece from the dealer. I had to replace that entire assembly a couple years ago because that rubber elbow rotted out (I wanna say it was like $20 at the time, I could be wrong). In the short term, you could pull the old piece out of the rubber boot (simple pair of needle nose) and then push the current piece in.
Looking at the fact the boot has tape around it, I assume it's safe to say it's dry rotting? That being said, take the pieces to the dealer and have them look it up. It may just be best to replace it all together.

Thank you for the replies guys! I tore everything down and cleaned it all up real good yesterday. Then I got the new LIM gasket and LIM on. I stopped there for the night because I think I'm gonna go ahead and replace the water pump while I'm in there.

I'm gonna pull this part off and take it into the shop to see what they can do for me. I'll let you know what ends up happening. Thanks!

what exactly are these hoses called I've gone to 4/5 wrecking yards withing the last week looking at most all 3800 series II hunting for these hoses and all have been broken off if not cut.

I don't recall what their proper names are, but if you take your pieces to a dealer parts store, they should be able to match it up.
