Default HELP Monte Carlo 2001 SS Won't Turn On NO CRANK

hello everyone this is my 2nd post i've done , my Monte Carlo 2001 SS hasn't turned on since 3 Months ago took forever cause my dad past away and didnt have time to get it to work . im post 2 videos . i posted one before and was told it was my BCM so i order it and still the same i put in the key and turn it and after that lights on dashboard and headlights dim a little bit and says no LOW FUEL when last time i put $50 on it plus no gauges work : No Fuel , No Oil , No Temp , and the battery gauge doesn't even go half way Once i turn the key to start everything dies like if its a circuit . i tried an use PCM and its doing the same really need help i've tried a new battery cause my old one it burnt it out and it drains the battery less than 5mins can it be the Starter Solenoid ? Voltage Regulator ? it can't be the Alternator cause took it to autozone and they said it was fine . when it stopped working before turning on it did crank just once then heard a clicking noise around under the hood around the passenger side after that NADA and didnt mention 2 months before it stopped working i did lose my keys and got a new ignition switch can it be that ? im post the 2 vids the old one then the new one so you guys can see how battery drains rite away if you guys have any suggestions ill appreciate it thank you ya have a great weekend.....By the way i tried an OBD2 and it doesn't give me any codes at all since it doesn't turn on

HERE IS THE FIRST VIDEO when i thought it was the BCM

Jump power to the starter and see if it cranks.

I've replaced 4 of them. No codes, just doesn't crank.

Yes. That means that it's probably your igniiton switch, although it could be the PCM or starter relay.

My guess would be a passlock issue.

I couldn't watch any of your videos so please excuse me if I ask something that is shown there.
Is the Security light flashing when you try to start it?
When you say your Batt drains in 5 min, where you using a volt meter or watching the guage! Do your lights come on and your chime sound off?
I agree with Nitehawkjcb. It sounds like a pass lock issue.

you think that's why it drains my battery fast ? that it aint giving a good circuit ? should i order a passlock or should i order a " Ignition Lock Cylinder with Keys Switch Passlock Security and Housing Combo Kit" ? <- seen that on ebay

i don't know how to explain it is there anyway i can email it to you so u can see it ? i put in the key everything works fine i turn the key over to " ON " and dashboard / Stereo / head lights / dim a little and no gauges move at all but the battery one and it stays in the middle like normally . the message i get is : Low Battery , Check Service Soon , LOW FUEL which i had full tank .OK next , once i turn the key over to " START " everything cuts off like if i didn't have no power at all . no crank no light no NADA and the thing is the key can't stay still on START , and once the key release back to "ON" everything that i said turns on again but dim again and if i press on the window button the battery gauge starts moving down and up like crazy than in less than 5 mins the gauge be down and message will say low battery . if i turn it off for an hour and try it again the battery will be back where it was in the middle like usual . thanks for your time and reply i appreciate it =]

This is a shot in the dark, but I have seen a loose ground connection in the dash cause all or some of the gauges to act up. Check around under your dash and engine compartment. I had that happen on an S10 pick up, a buddy drove by and saw me on the side of the rode and told me where to check for my truck and sure enough there was a loose ground. It want cost you anything to check.

Good luck!
