Heater\AC blowing air on floor and defrost only.
 

I am trying to figure out why the climate control only blows air on the floor and defrost vents. I checked the vacuum line at the back of the engine, and under the passenger side toward the center council. Both are hooked up with no leaks. What else could be causing this? The temperature control works fine.
