Not that I can think of... Just unbolting the dogbones up top IIRC

So far so good. Removed the 3 into 1 bolts. (Flex pipe/down pipe). Egr bolts. Front to rear manifold bolts. Removed the motor hoist bracket that has the vacuum lines attached. Now onto find these blind bolts. Looks like it should be 6 or 7 judging by the part I'm looking at online. Looks like the motor hoist bracket and the manifold share the same holes into the head.. am I right?

Well I got it off. Definitely cracked at the weld. It was a little bit of a bitch but glad I found the culprit. Thanks again for your guys' advice!

That sucks, but mystery solved!!

Just curious, are you going to replace it or have it welded back together?
