Default doors and rear floor filling with water

Hey everyone. I'm hoping someone can help me here. Our 2000 monte carlo ss gets a lot of water inside the doors (mostly drivers side) and on the floor behind the drivers seat whenever it rains hard. We live in the pacific northwest and this time of year it rains alot. There is a very small gap in the outside window scraper rubber on the drivers door. But would be suprised if that's where it's all coming from. Is there a clogged sunroof drain? I used to work at a volvo shop and we saw that a lot with volvos. The rear floor boards would get wet if the sunroof drains were plugged. I looked and couldn't find the drains on our sunroof. Really want to get this fixed before it damages the car. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Riderx2

There's a drain hole at the very bottom of the door inside. Lift up the rubber weather strip at the back edge along the bottom of the door. Any trash can clog up that drain hole and allow water to accumulate. If that weather strip is damaged I could see it letting the accumulated water inside the door leak into the rear floorboards

Aerocoupe86 is correct. I had it happen to my car. The little drain at the bottom of the was plugged with a leaf, and it did leak onto the rear floor matt. I drilled it out slightly larger and have not had any more problems.

Dark outside or I would. Just open the door, along the bottom is a weather strip, kinda like a rubber flap. Towards the rear edge of the door lift that flap up and you should see the drain hole. If your car is black it may be hard to see. Stick a toothpick or something in it and ya might dislodge the blockage.

Thank you all very much for your help. There is no drain hole, but I took off those rubber moldings on the bottom edge of the doors and all the water drained out. I am going to drill a hole in each door and put the moldings back on. I appreciate all your help.
