Default How do I bypass the neutral safety switch

I have been chasing a starting issue for a while and might have overlooked the obvious. I need to know how to override the switch at the harness plug before the switch. Would appreciate any help.

My situation was much different than you might be dealing with as I completely changed everything. Good luck
