Post Instrument Cluster/ Climate Control not working

So i know some people might say the dimmer switch but i tried it before with my old switch because i replaced it with one i got from a junkyard off a ss and now when i start my car my odometer gets really dim at night and during the day i cant see it at all, or once in a blue moon the odometer will light up fully but then dim back all the way down at its own will my taillights work so it cant be that fuse my defoggers dont work so i changed the relay that didnt work and i changed my front parking lamps fuse as well and nothing i am at a standstill right now i need help or guidance i would love to see my lights again at night to see how fast im going.

For the odometer it may be a resistor on the cluster board. I'm attaching a picture circling the four I replaced on mine to fix the issue
