6th Gen ('00-'05): air in system?

Angry air in system?

hey kids got a question on how you bleed air out of a3.8. had the upper manifold gasket done and now im hearing gurgling noise when I start the car first thing in the AM when its cold. also, the temp gauge is going up to the half way point or just a smidge over is this normal?

Jack up the front a little, pop the bleeder valve open on the thermostat casing and run the car, give it a few revs.

Could also be a bad radiator cap...
