2002 CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO LS, security won't reset.
My car had problems starting but one day it wouldn't fully star and while waiting the battery went bad, so I had to replace it. Since I've replaced it, I can't even get the car to try and start because of the security system
Idk if I'm doing all the steps correctly but I've been at for three different days. I'm trying the turn key and leave it on ACC, for 11 minutes, then off for 1 minutes, then cranking it like, and repeating this step multiple times. My security light is usually flashing blue like three times usually, but sometimes during the ACC phase it flashes once.
If I can't reset it myself, do I just call a lock smith or a car electrician to look at it?
