If your sunroof seal looks anything like mine...Its starting to shrink in places....

Solution1: Take it to any glass place and have the seal replaced...

Solution 2: Which is what I did..I maticulasly used some black rtv silicone.
with a thin flat screw driver I proceeded to fill in the gaps where the seal has started to shrink with the rtv silicone...and smoothed it with the tip of my finger...Its sealed....and doesnt look to shabby either!...(surprised myself!) and yes the drain holes on mine werent plugged...(its garage kept its whole life)

Maybe someone else will chime in with another solution !
Hope this helps...

I haven't had it happen, but from what I've read it sounds to me like the drain holes for the sunroof might be plugged up. Some have used compressed air to unclog them and others have used stiff, flexible wire. Good luck, hope you get it figured out and fixed.

BTW - Welcome to the forum.

It may help to keep the seals lubed up with a little silicone spray lube to keep them from cracking if they are still in good shape. I usually spray it on a rag and wipe them down.
