    It's actually pretty easy. If you just mask off the face of the wheel (all of the flat part of the 5 "spokes") and use a cloth to cover the tire, just paint all of the insets. I just went down to Ace Hardware and bought some flat black spray paint and some clear coat and it turned out great! It also helps to rough up the to-be-painted surfaces with some scotchbrite if you've got some.

    Thanks! And yes, very similar! I see you've got started on the blacked out look, you should really consider painting your wheels like I did, it makes a HUGE difference!!
