Hello,
The only parts on my car from a Camaro are the front brake calipers.
(because I had 'em from the last car.) I had a 1995 car that I did right before this one, on that car I used Camaro everything up front. A heavily reworked cradle, front susp., brake booster and master, spring/shock assembly... the whole thing. On this car Im goin out a little different. Since those Vette wheels dont fit that wheel well, the car has to get aftermarket wheels. So Im going with 2 different lug patterns & a staggerred set of wheels.....20x8.5 up front...20x10. or better in the rear.
I took the driver & passenger knuckles and switched sides, strapped on the aluminum twin piston calipers, and fabricated a complete newly designed subframe to hold it all together. The pics. u see are with out the weight of a transmission in the car. Im goin through hell with the Rack & Pinion. Next pics. I post will have the floor back in it and I'll be working on the custom hvac system. Lata.
