I would not know where to even start with pricing until I saw pictures of it. My fathers body shop is in Rockford Iowa so before we go any further make sure that you are near the area to get it done. Also pictures will help with the problem. (especially the "rust") you have on your monte. Highly unlikely if it has rust but it is possible. It may just be surface rust. Also we would need to make an in person estimate to get a real accurate price to do it.
