As winter moves close......

As STL winter moves close, all our montes here on rims are going to dissapear, as well as mine. Since mine came with rims, I have no offset of factory tires to switch to. So for all my STL folk, where would be a good place to one.

Find a factory size rim, then buy new tires

OR

Find a good deal on the factory size rims+ tire package? Any help? ;/ Im kinda new to this lol.

Hop on ebay or craigslist, there's a chance you will find someone selling their ugly stockers for cheap.

X2.. check craigslist. Almost always a set of impala/grand prix/monte carlo/etc. wheels in my area at least.

I checked around STL craigslist and found these from an 02, not sure what year your Monte is: link==> 02 Monte Carlo Tires and Wheels

02 mont carlo wheels Call Mike @ 314 681 3171 or Dan @ 308 458 7639

It might be worth a shot to call and see if they're still available and take a look at them in person. Super cheap for all four depending on condition.

Watch craigslist for people parting out cars like the Grand prix, Bonneville, impala or monte carlo. You may get lucky and find a set with decent tires. If you do have to run the rims on your car now just keep them cleaned up good and wax them on a regular basis.
