I bought mine in August 2011 I belive and got it with 77,005 miles for $5,600 its a 2005 Supercharged SS. Added new rims and tires and a new cat and did a few other small things. I honestly think it needs repainted with all the minor paint flaws but I dont think I'll do it. Its curretnly got about 79,000. I'm a few short of that but cant remeber exact.

Bought my 05 SS with 59K off of ebay (local dealer) for $9,999 on Feb 12th 2009. Sold it this past April with 95,000 miles on it.

Bought mine in September 2010 with a little over 53,000 on it. Paid cash for it, $5,995 from Ganley Ford Lincoln Mercury (which is now closed).
I've since just focused on fixing the body - I've currently got close to the purchase price in just body work. I haven't touched the engine yet, once the body work is done I'll switch gears to the motor.
It's up to about 73,5xx now!

I bought my '02 Monte Carlo SS from the local salvage yard for $2,250. Had a smidge over 164k miles on it, had substantial front end damage and most of it needed to be replaced. Heres the list of what needed to be fixed when we got it:
*Nose cone
*Both Front Fenders
*Hood
*Hood latch
*Air bag relay
*Fan Shroud (Condenser was bushed out about 2" shy of making contact with the Header, but was managed to be bent back to normal with no leaks or cracks)
This is her back when I adopted her!

Only cost around $2000 to get new parts for the front, and have them painted, and hung
Got new struts ($160 per full set) and tires ($140 per full set), now all i need is a new transmission and that car is practically new!!

I origanally brought the Deuce for a daily driver. I did not have the heart to drive her in winter so then I brought a winter beater. I had so much love and money invested in the Deuce I then needed a daily beater so am driving the wife's old 2004 Monte SS Sally.
The Deuce is now my Show car and taking wifey out to dinner car
(I'll take it on the Mason streets if the Lansing kids in their Mustangs get too roudy and need to be wipped into shape by a Chevy)
