thanks wayne it was a great trip for me lots of sight and seeing on the way there. hell i never drove that far south before lol! was nice to get out of the city for awhile too. I55 was the smoothest road i drove through. the first 50 miles from chicago worried me cause there's NOTHING out there but just farmland and trees. i was worried that i might ran out of gas and be stranded out of no where.

yeah there are lot of kansas and st. louis members. what's so cool about the meet was nobody gave me bad vibes about my car since i was the only mc. they all seem to like it cause of the way i have it mod out i guess. there are lot of nice grand prix there as well. farnsworth's gtp was the sh*t! his engine bay was so clean and just fantastic looking as always. i'm looking forward to be back next year if everything go well and hope to see you or any other mc plan on heading out there.

 

Most of the club members was begging me to go down there. If I had planned on getting the Monte I would have but I didn't have the money. So I had to look at the pics and wonder who was that Monte in the mist of the Pontiacs :P But don't worry...cuz next year your Monte will have some company

 

Man that looks like a hell of alot of fun. I owned a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix but I sold it for my Monte and havent looked back since! Again it looks like you had a blast and you represented MCF very well and team Monte Carlo. Maybe next year Ghost Rider and I will make the trip.

 

Since I only live about 40 miles north of Branson, I could easily go as long as I don't have to work that weekend. Definately let us know when the next one is and I'll bring the Dale Jr car to keep you company.

I also like the Grand Prix as my ex wife and I had a 98 that we bought new. It was a fun car. I was also looking at the GP's when I found the Dale Jr car.

i'll post the thread when i hear news, but it's on labor day week. thursday through saturday. some people stay til sunday and leave monday. it's a 3 day event of party, car show, making friends, and drag racing at the ozark drag way. i'm looking forward to see all you guys making the trip cuz it would be so cool we all convoy out there together.

 

which hwys do u take to get there?

 

55 to st. louis and some exit which i forgot. i was using garmin GPS at the time and was just following the GPS direction lol.

ok just look on the map. it was 55 then 44 and 65 to branson. that sound about right. where at in misouri you from cuz maybe i might went through your town.
