Well I did the 2009 Lowrider show here and it was worth it, it was alot of fun.

I helped my car club out for it on saturday and then got my car ready in the afternoon went to the event at 9pm on saturday waiting for them to let late registration in at midnight but they did it at 6 am so I spent the night over there and got in at 63o am and set up and detailed the car till 8am and then left for two hours took a shower and ate and a little one hour nap and I headed back with my brother in law and it was a blast.

Alot of people checked out my ride and alot of kids to pics in front of the transformer

got home at 8 pm and Good memories

Ha, I wish I had shows like that around here.

 

The camera I was using was set at high res pics I have to resize them to upload them, will do very soon,

I showed the car without the racing stripes and got all the adhesive off but there are some noticable spots but the car showed nicely and I did a cool display of nascar in the trunk by my subs. showed the engine bay off the inside and trunk and black wheels on one side and chrome wheels on the other side with the black caps next to the wheels.

There were some sweet azz older montes too.

The charger in my club has a new paint job and showed nicely at the show.

Its flamed and two toned sunset pearl orange on top red on bottom silver leafed and pinstriped with flames on the side and hood and roof, looks amazing!

 

Sounds like you guys had a good showing, can't wait to see the pictures.

I just wish it were warm enough around here to have a car show. Let alone go to one.

It was like 10 degrees this morning. With the wind they said it was -7.

More of the same tomorrow morning.

We're suppose to see 50 degrees by wednesday/thursday but they say rain will be likely. (ugh!)

the chargers are definatly sharp lookin. the hood scoops arent functional are they?

 

No it isn't but maybe they make one, I wish it was a true hood scoop too

I thought you would like to see those body shop pics of the paint process since you do that kinda thang
