I did get 2nd place in vehicles in our local July 4th parade -- first was a car about 100 years old, literally.. I think the owner/driver earned his trophy!

Ha ha, man you are killing it with your string of victories. Are you the only car showing up at the events? What, that was a fair question. We all know the Montes never get much loving. Actually looking over your pics there have been some nice mods you have done to your Monte the past handful of years. You should do a sequential mod post. Cause as I remember when you first joined here your Monte's appearance was not close to what it presently looks like. Love the 6th gen wheels you are sporting. Has the ghost #3 always been on your doors or is that relatively new? Have to hand it to you the car is pretty sharp. You have addressed so many details, one has to stand back and give themselves a few minutes to understand all the efforts sunk into this Monte. Great job with the headrest fabrication, your no slouch there sarge. Standing tall and looking good... I suspect the 5th gen. decked out like you have brings a few fond memories back to the judges. One cant help but see you have your heart in this tribute build, gets them all misty eyed, looking at the Monte, looking at you, looking back at the Monte. Congrats there amigo, obvious Mrs. Bickerson does not know that you are flinching money from her retirement fund and spending it on this car or you would have a busted lip and black eye in the pics.

Are you the only car showing up at the events? Lol, I have used that one a few times too
What, that was a fair question. That one I went to a month or so back had more than 350 entries so I was shacked.

Love the 6th gen wheels you are sporting. They are okay but had to modify the hub mounting to adapt them
Has the ghost #3 always been on your doors or is that relatively new? New last year it is a Carbon fiber wrap material, covers some scratches and dings
Have to hand it to you the car is pretty sharp. Thank you!196K and it's what I call a 50 footer Lol
You have addressed so many details, one has to stand back and give themselves a few minutes to understand all the efforts sunk into this Monte. I made a story board for that to take to the shows.
Great job with the headrest fabrication, your no slouch there sarge. That was a fun one! thanks

Yeah well you should see the packages that show up from QVC and other places and there are usually 3 or 4 per week that I see. Lol
It was great having breakfast before your show. Your hard work keeping that car clean and cool is why it always does great at the shows. Congratulations buddy.
