3rd an. W-Body/3800 Gathering PICS
 

Here's some of my pictures from the W-Body/3800 Gathering in Royal Oak, Michigan yesterday. Had a great time and it stayed dry for the whole day. Monte Carlos were represented fairly decent overall. Michigan Monte Carlo Club was represented by six of us (one without his car) - the five with cars were Matthew (black 6th Gen next to Tadd) and then Tadd, Gary, Matt and myself with the only four LS4 Monte Carlos on the showfield.

Really cool when you can go to a gathering/show and find that many Monte Carlo's, back home when I go to a Car show if I find one Monte there, that is about it, and that is rare.
Most of the Cars I see are Vintage, and Muscle Cars. And the Guys who buy a Brand new ride:wtf: and take it to the show. I see that a lot.

Great pics! I had planned to go and had a hotel reserved and everything but some unexpected things happened which made us cancel the hotel and not come :( hopefully next year we will be there!!

I should also mention that the two "best Monte Carlo" awards went to Tadd and Gary, so the two reds in our group.

Very nice pics, I hope you guys had a great time, I have to find a way to make it to a meet like that at some point, up in my area there aren't any kind of monte meets to be found but from the looks of the photo's it would definitely be worth the drive.

Man you all smoked it, what a SUPER gathering of W-Body's. The Monte Carlo turn out was phenomenal, WAY TO GO MCF and the others who brought their Monte's. You had a little bit of everything there.

Whose red turbocharged Monte with the black stripes like I have on mine? That car is looking pretty sharp. Tads was over the top, he always walks away with a win, such a clean Gold Class Monte.

Everyone's Monte's were looking great, a lot of extra effort in your cars for sure getting them show ready. The Monte is just the classiest W-body car going, just looks way more aerodynamic than any others.

Very nice cluster of pictures you took, seems like you caught everybody, nice angles, multiple shots of the same cars. Thanks for sharing...

Greg, his name is Gary. He's from the west side of Michigan. He's running a stage 1 turbo and is pushing 350 hp at the wheels. Very nice looking car.

As for pictures, I tried to get a little bit of everyone's. We had a pretty great group of cars at this one.
