Opinion Needed: Relay Sticking ?

Relay Sticking ?
I have a problem with my 2006 Monte, when I pull the key and open the door the radio and dash lights remain on, sometimes I can open and close the door and they will reset, has anyone else experienced this problem? I am assuming that I have a relay sticking, does anyone know what relay controls this function?
