Problems with PM system

I have my private messaging system on but i don't seem to be able to actually see the messages in my inbox. I see the actual message when i get the email but once i click the link to go to my inbox it's not there. HELP! If someone has messaged me and i didn't respond chances are this is why, i was messing with the options while messaging some people so if i didn't respond feel free to send me the message again.

I just looked at your user account as far as I can. All settings I can see look fine, you should be able to use the PM section with no problem.
I just sent you a test message. If you see it, reply to it. Also, check the following: - The parent company has a limit set for how many PMs sit in your mail box (this is both the inbox and sent box). Viewing it from your PC, you should see an indicator that informs how "full" your mail box is. If it's over filled, clear it out. - Make sure you are looking at your Inbox. - Check how you have your inbox sorted. If that does not work, next is this on your phone, PC or both? Can you email me screenshots of what you see to the.maniac404@gmail.com? Thanks! Hopefully we can get things straightened out soon. |

Unfortunately, I still don't see anything wrong. I am trying an old I.T. trick.... Toggle the setting off and back on to see if perhaps it fixes itself. So I temporarily disabled your account from getting PMs, went you Test 2. Then I re-enabled your ability to get PMs and sent you test 3.
If this does not do the trick, I can contact support at Internet Brands (who owns this site) and see if they can jump in on this issue. |
Yeah it didn't work but lets try where i turn off the email notifications and see if they start popping up. By the time you'll see this it will be off so just post on here when you sent me a pm or two

I just sent a test pm from the app on my phone. Let me know what happened (or did not happen).

For some reason i still received a yahoo message about the PM.

OK, I just sent this thread to a contact at Internet Brands. Let them take a peek and maybe they can take a deeper dive and find the problem.
