No access

I can't get anywhere on the site except being allowed to post. I also am not allowed to have any PM's for some reason. I've been at this site for awhile, and I know I have the right number of posts. What gives?

Yeah I read that. It says 5 posts and 10 days (or swap that). I have over 100 posts and I've been a member since August. I can't PM anybody about it so I made a thread.
