How long, after the 5th post do I have to wait for access to PM and e-mail access?

You should have full access after 10 days of joining. Your join date is November so you should already have full access.

It's supposed to be 10 days and 5 posts. I'll go check your account's access now. Sometimes the system needs a little kick.
