How about a designated Build Section. Have its own section where users can post their builds how ever small or big they are. IMO I like looking through builds ;)

This will have to be discussed with the staff. But just recently, we added "build" prefixes. The advantages to those is that you can search on the prefix to find all "build" threads (so not much new will happen until that is completed).
