Hello and thanks for helping me in advance. I have an 86 monte with a 4.3, my first car. After sitting for a while I installed a reman long block and replaced numerous components including the fuel tank,pump throttle body,fuel filter. It ran good initially but has since stopped. The pump is working, you can hear it, and the fuel is getting to the throttle body, cracked the fuel line, but it doesn’t spray any fuel through the injectors. If you dump raw fuel into the throttle body it will run. If you pull the wires at the base of the Tbi on the right side and crank motor it reads .5 volts. Again it did run good for a while injectors sprayed as required for a bit and then stopped. Any advice greatly appreciated

Back in the 80's I owned an 85 got it with 5K on it when it got to 135K the engine was replaced and seems to me the issue was timing but it has been along time ago now.
