Default Sagging door/Door won't lock/unlock

Hey guys,

Problem 1: Recently my door has started sagging, to the point where i have to pick up on it to close it. I've heard that there's some pins you can stick in there to straighten it up and make sure it's not sagging, can someone walk me through it or point me to a how to video.

Problem 2: I have to slam my door really hard for it to catch and if it is not closed completely (and I have to slam the door to get it to close completely), then I can not open the door from the outside of the car. It's like the door locks on its own or something, but usually if I can't open it from the outside I can always open it from inside (unless it's locked of course).

Car is 1986 Monte Carlo SS

There is a door pin and bushing kit you can buy to solve most of your problem. Should be able to find a video on you tube. Basicly you take door pins out and bushing's out and reinstall new parts.
