Default Swaping Stock CD Player For Old Alpine Tape Player

Hi all!

My names Camden, I'm 16 years old and I brought a black 2001 Monte for my first car. Its in mint condition. I'm currently working on swapping out the stock sound system for a complete set of Boston Acoustics, two 15' Kickers, and an Alpine deck. The only problem is, is that the deck that I have is a tape player only, and its got better sound and bass compared to the stock so I wana switch it out. (I don't really care about the radio, as long as I can play my ipod in it I'm fine, and I got an ipod to cassette adapter) Can someone help me through this process, because it looks like it wouldn't fit in because of the way the stock one's set up. Thank you!

-Cam

All you'd need is a deck install kit, it'll take that double din opening and turn it into a single din opening that your Alpine can fit it.
