possible design flaw? or warping?

to make a short story even shorter... my gf put her house key in the little pocket on the passenger side door. Buttt.... she didnt realize that there was some sort of gap thus making her key fall deep inside my door panel. its okay its okay! i got it out with focus and a paperclip.! i did find it odd that the driverside didnt have this little gap.. does anybody with an 2000-2005 monte carlo have a little gap on their passenger side door in the pocket?

also.. i realized deep on my dash theres some warping happening due to the sun. i try as much as possible to put the sunshade in but its looks kinda funky. its under the windshield were that vent is to forward the air at the windshield. has this happened to anybody else?? (ill post pics tomorrow)

I agree, it may make the plastic pieces feel "soft" but when it peels, it totally sucks! I have spots missing due to the previous owner of my Monte.

definite problem if you have a gap lol.

You are all crazy ;)

Who drinks/eats in their cars? My cupholders hold change sometimes lol

If the seat belt flapping while the windows are down annoys you, then you aren't driving fast enough or loud enough haha

For the record, my '84 Camaro has NO cup holders!! I always hated getting drive thru to bring home (as I really don't trust the drink carriers to hold up).

ohh i dont eat or drink in my car ! and my seatbelt hasnt starting "Flapping" yet. not being able to lift the windshield wiper when theyre off because of the hood is another. but i just turn them off mid windshield to change the blades lol.
