I want to throw in a JL Audio 13w1 in my car. The enclosure is 16.75 inches high and about 31 inches wide, and 15 inches deep. Im hoping this will fit snug in the back of my trunk. Im in Iraq right now so I obviously cant measure my trunk. Can someone please give me the dimensions of the back of a 06-07 monte trunk.

I know that The total size of the Trunk is 15.8 cu ft. in the 06/07

You should be fine, My box is like 20 inches tall and barely clears under the rear deck, so your good there and I dont think you will have to worry about depth or width as long as you clear the rear deck. My box dimensions are like 20x30x18 or something like that so I think you will be fine :)

So correct me if im wrong, your box is 20 inches high and it clears under the rear deck (directly under your 6x9 speakers?)

More specifically the seat to cab access width, the maximum height WITHOUT rear deck speakers. I’m tying to see if 2 18s in 8 Cu Ft will fit back there in a false wall type setup with subs facing through the flip down seats as well as the port. If not then maybe one in that orientation. Or two facing up facing the port into the cab or even the back of the trunk. I’d like to see my Monte do a hair trick. Shopping for subs and an amp. Electrical upgraded-everything 0gauge, 370 6 phase hairpin alt 1800 rpm full output, 1agm platinum batt, looking at another if I need it. Looking at 2 u series sundown 18s maybe 2 skar 18s, or a x v2 18 sundown. Whatever the setup it’s gonna be tuned 32 or lower. Any suggestions/ can anybody give me some good data to work with on the dimensions. I’m out in the Alaskan inlet on a platform and don’t have access to my car 😕
