GTP seats in a Monte?
 

Hey guys, so i snagged a whole set of mint GTP leather heated seats front and rear, i am going to change the perferated leather inlays of the seats (the leather material that looks like jersey material) with a tan leather that will somewhat match the headliner and color of my car. my question is has anyone ever put GTP seats in and how do they look in there? just hoping for a picture of it. otherwise, i'll post pictures back here when they are done and installed. thanks.

they have been put in before and in my opinion look pretty good, i think it's a pretty much perfect fit too

Saw a monte at a car show with gtp seats I don't have pic sorry :(

what year is the gtp seats? 97-03 will not work.

Guy I saw at car show said he used seat frame rails from monte he bolted them to gtp seats..?

I like how they look. But Id rather keep my power/heated passenger seat. I'm such a nice guy, you know.

on the gp only the driver side is power and the harness is different. the front will bolt on but will not have all the power option as the monte seat. the back seat is totally different. the backing on the gp have 2 wire hooks bolt on where as the monte have a flat metal panel like. the butt cushion where you sit on for the gp is thick and bulky. the side cushion on the gp will not fit flush. on the monte it's thin and flat. i know the 04 plus gp and gxp will bolt on with little or no modification.

Like what has been said don't do the 97-03 they aren't any better than what was optioned for the Montes. However, the 04+ GP seats are MUCH better. The harness connection is slightly different but not hard to rewire and the back seat bottom cushion brackets have to be slightly elongated in order for it to be bolted down.

Ohh yeah GXP seats in a Monte is freaking awesome :)
