Default Audio stuff for sale!

Aight guys, now that I got my cd player working, I was able to get the full picture as to how the stock stereo system sounds and I have been impressed by it. So much so, that I have decided to let go of some things I was holding on to for installation in the Monte. All prices are negotiable, willing to accept trades, don't be bashful, make an offer, but please make sure it's reasonable and I'll work with you as much as I can.

Soundstream Reference 414S 4ch amp.....$200 obo

50x4 @ 4ohms stereo 12volts
75x4 @ 2ohms stereo 12volts
100x4 @ 1ohm stereo 12 volts

THD less than 0.1%
Signal-to-Noise >100 dB
Frequency Response 20 Hz to 20 kHz
Stereo Separation >90 dB
Damping >200
Input Sensitivity (Ref414s): 200mV - 5.OV (Ref414s)
Input Impedance 10K ohms
Crossover Output 340 mV output w/200 mV input (+4.5 dB)
Crossover Specifications(variable crossovers)
Low Pass: 30 - 120 Hz at 24 dB/octave
High Pass: 60 - 240 Hz at 12 dBloctave
Dimensions (Ref414s): 15.25” W x 2.25” H x 9.8”D

Here's a pic of the amp, the only difference is that mine is a 414, this one is a 404, but they are identical as far as looks go except for the fact that mine has a polished "bar" across the top. See where it says Reference 404 at the top? I had mine shaved and that whole bar across is polished.

Rainbow Dreamline 6 1/2" component set.......$150 obo

80 watts rms
120 watts max

Obcon DVD 12" subs loaded in an Obcon Godzilla ported enclosure w/an Obcon 300 watt amp......$300 obo

Yeah, the box is nice. It's got screw type bindings, and brushed aluminun side panels for a nice touch. It's solidly built too, very nice indeed. I'm asking $300obo for the subs/box/amp. This setup is only 2-3 months old, I ain't even gonna lie, when I got it, I thought it was gonna sound like garbage. But to my suprise it hit pretty good. It's not the best setup out there, if you're looking for brain liquifying bass, this isn't for you. But if you want something that's low cost and decent sounding, look no further.

I am selling it all because I'm so satisfied w/the stock system that there's really no need to hook it up. The only thing I want to replace are the components, I want to get some 5 1/4" so no modifications are needed to install.

Where do you live? I didn't hear about CarToys until I moved up here to Portland. Yeah, they want alot to do it, shops are a ripoff. The cheapest price I found to hookup the setup im selling was $100, but even that is ridiculous. If you're up here in the Pacific northwest, maybe we could meet up and I'd install it for you for a case of beer and a pizza

That would be one expensive install... Houston Texas here... lol But thank anyway...

Well, I guess they have to make $$$$ too. I have not decided what to do yet.

I say buy a decent amp kit, $60 or so, and do it yourself, it's easy!
