Amp

I got a used amp from an 04 monte to put in my 2000, the speaker connector works, but the main power one doesnt fit. Does anyone have that part number or a picture of their 04's amps connector?

This is the stock 2000 connector....

how much did you pay for that amp, i sold mine to a guy on here and he told me that he had to get it reprogramed and all this extra stuff. luckily i hooked him up or it wouod have been a bad deal.

i say take it to the scrap yard and see if you can get 2-3 dollars for it. then take that 2-3 dollars and put it towards and aftermarket one.

those amps are 200 watts max, which means 50x4,
which really means there like 25-30 x 4. most HU push more than that.

from what i heard of the cost of extras its just not worth it to add an oem amp.

GL with it though.

I dont have the money to get a new headunit, I just need to replace the one thats broken, no programming is required for it.

This is a bit on & off Amp subject… does anyone have a picture(s) of the factory amp wires that they can post??? I think(I know) mine were cut or my amp was swapped out by a Bodyshop tech when my Monte was rear ended by a tire. The tech was fired since stealing parts off my Monte to rebuild his buddies.
thanks all
