well seems me and MONTERIDERLS had the same idea, first i ordered one of those E-bay intake kits, then reading some of the post i went to my local pep boys and found a 3 inch air duct hose wich is expandable so i hooked it up for now and WOW what a difference now when i press the gas pedal it respones quickly, well since the hose i bought is expandale i plan to make it drop through the fender ( i didnt do this and first cause thier is a fender bracket in the way) all i have to do is get under the car and lead the hose from the bottom,i hopr the hose fits through the bracket. BUT to all of you who have considered doing this i recommend it i have a 2005 LS and Trust me it works

I totally agree! LOL it does work. I just got the aluminum piping. I am going to make it a full custom fenderwell intake with all parts i make myself. Its more fun that way when you do it yourself VS buying it premade. Makes you feel more proud of what you have.

But yeah! Its awesome and thanks for the recognition VICTORYRED05!
