I have some spintech mufflers coming soon, I was wondering if I should change out the entire system, cat included

Yes if you got them change them? You may like the sound if you don't change them you'll never know. Let us know what you do plus a video clip of the sound would be nice. Good luck to you

Whatcha got? What car are we talking about?

I recommend changing out to a 3" exhaust to change the exhaust "note". Mufflers alone will only change the exhaust noise volume really. But that isn't true of all mufflers - some add noise.

@ JuniorCar I have an 07 MCSS 5.3 V8. I'm gonna change the exhaust system and add headers. Was thinking bout a diablo tuner but idk

I got some 2.5 offset 2.5 center out spintech mufflers on the way.

Spintechs sound good I loved mine when i had them on, All i had was the muffers and a Res. delete.
