Quick question on exhaust
Okay I know this is coming.. Check all the other threads and youtube for answers i tried that lol doesnt help me haha. My question is that im putting an exhaust system on my car. And im at a hard spot in my decision. I have a friend that does custom exhaust for me for free. I am putting a set of SLP loudmouth II as mufflers on there. Heres the tricky part what to do up front. I know im going to u bend delete. But should I cat delete, resonator delete. Or do you think the muffles and ubend would be enough to give me that nice throaty sound without being to annoying?? please help! :)

ZZP Downpipe into a custom cat-back that is mandrel bent from your friend.

3800? I wouldn't do the Loudmouths or any loud muffler like that on your car for a deep throaty sound..
I would look into magnaflows, possibly a shorter resonator and keep the cat. I agree with Mike, get the Downpipe and go with some more calm mufflers and call it a day. |
Alright ill look into it some more

Found my answers! I found a video of a GTP with the loudmouth II mufflers with the u bend delete and that is all. It has the sound I was looking for!

Correction! the mans gtp has a slp cat back with a new resonator. But i have a good feeling that if i run the stock resonator and the loudmouth IIs it will be awfully similar 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix GTX SLP Cat Back exhaust - YouTube
