On or off?

I'm thinking or gettin the "Catback Magnaflow Exhaust" installed should I leave the reasonator on or off? What's the advantages to it being on or off. Thanks for the answers

I ave mine off, its a tiny bit raspier but its barely noticeable. I couldn't tell a difference honestly.

it will have more of a tame sound with it on with out it it will be loader and a little more raspy sound to it

So it doesn't affect how much HP? It's basically just the sound, any opinions if it sounds better with it or without it? I know I like mines kind of loud like a real good smooth sound, but I don't want that type where it seems like it's all loud n not even moving lol

i dont think that the magnaflow is loud at all with or without the resonator. if your going to run the magnaflow you might as will run the resonator with it. i doubt you would really notice a difference with out it, except maybe a ton of interior drone. that is if this is on the ls4 monte.

A resonator is supposed to remove "cabin drone", but my 3" doesn't get the job done. I can't imagine it work be much worse without. If you go big enough, I don't think it will hurt HP. Some say 3" all the way back is overkill, but I figure why go halfway?
