i have thought of this also thought of polishing mine. but havent done either yet lol

FYI before jumping to a bigger TB ... make sure you have a cold air intake. otherwise you wont be able to take advantage of the extra flow of the TB. also a main restriction on the 3800 cars is the exhaust manifolds... swaping these and getting a down pipe will deff help perf. i personally would say the ZZP power logs are more important then the down pipe.

so:
-Cold air intake
-TB
-Power logs

after those mods your next biggest gain NA would be either rockers or a cam. then on to a tuner.

-rockers / cam
- tuner
