im wanting to replace the intake elbow on my 3400, (you know the one that goes from the throttle body to the MAF) with a chrome elbow. anyone know where to get one that fits, not just that knock-off crap from e-bay

 

well its not gonna hurt you just to use a piece of plain-jane intake tubing. just make sure its the same size

 

Locally, pepboys sells these Spectre pieces that are polished stainless- you can get straight pieces, 90* elbows, and 45* elbows. Maybe you can find it online?

One word of caution though, its gonna absorb a lot more heat than the stock piece being metal- especially being over the exhaust crossover pipe. Does look good though- I had them on my monte for awhile.
