G35 sound
 

Hey guys , I really like the sound of the exhaust on the g35's, is there any way to get that sound or very close to it from my monte?

Dont think so since they're a much more sophisticated engine versus ours, so they make a different noise.

Get a 3400.. for real lol

I like the g35's but I am a Chevy guy.. But I will admit that those guys at Nissan/infinity know what they are doing..
The thing is I don't want to get magnaflows or any of those and then make my car sound like a ricer/ wanna be muscle car

never been a fan of how they sound. I dont think a Monte will ever sound anything like it

So what would you suggest for exhaust that don't sound like crap on a v6....

3500? i see it's an 06. I honestly don't have a clue. Most gm v6s never sound that great. I have a 3100 lumina that sounds better without a muffler than it ever did with one :rotfl:

I'm afraid you are right, chevrolet work on fixing that.. I mean even the 300hp v6 camaro a sound bad in my opinion

yeah I think that is the trend. They seem to have a weird tone.

The secret is multiple cams... these push-rod pieces don't sound the best.... just like a 5.0 is better sounding than an LS all day.
