which exhaust system should I get
 

I know in the end it is really up to me. I own a 03 monte ss 3.8 I want to get an exhaust system, however I dont know which one to get. I live in the state of Va, so I cant do the red delete, or anything like that. But I do want it to sound like it has Big balls. I went to a place that was pushing magnaflows on me, however I am afraid when I drop this kind of money, I am uncertain what the outcome will be. and I dont want to be disappointed on my new purchase. Like I mentioned before, I want it to sound like it has balls, a nice deep roar. not quiet, and not ricey. ive been looking at youtube videos of the exhausts but listening to it on a lap top doesnt really do any justice.
Borla, Magnaflow, Flowmaster, corsa, Cherry bomb, dynomax. Greedy, injen, skunk2, jba, bank power, and mbrp is what they have.

P.S. Listen to this with some good speakers or headphones. Regular computer speakers don't do it justice at all.

Im partial to SLP as well.. I have one for my LS4 monte...Sounds great, and a bit louder then magnaflows.

I have Magnaflow on mine because GMPP used to sell a kit and it was made by magnaflow.

You will not get away from that ricey sound above 3k rpms

A lot of people seem to be happy with the Magnaflow system. I didn't want my Monte to be too loud, so I just replaced the resonator with a Magnaflow glass pack when I replaced my downpipe and left the stock mufflers in place at the rear. It is slightly louder than stock and has a nice, mellow tone to it at idle. It purrs nicely under normal acceleration and at cruise speed. No drone at cruise either. If I get into the throttle a little harder it does get a bit louder, but not obnoxiously loud. It has a deep, authoritative tone to it that makes people wonder what I have under the hood. I'm sure you would get similar results with the Magnaflow system but louder.

If all else fails, you can hang these from your rear bumper...then everyone will know your car has 'balls'...
