My friend says I should look into getting a better cat-back system. So here is my question. Is the cat actually part of the upgrade or not? Some people say no its only everything behind the cat. While others say yes the cat is a part of the cat-back system upgrade.

Cat is not part of a cat back system I got a magna flow cat back system and the cat was not included: so my cat is stock still
