You could always just have one custom made locally. Pretty much any exhaust shop should have the ability (welder, piping, and a bender) as it's such a simple part - especially being able to pull your stock one off to copy.
If they dont have a mandrel bender in house, they'll have (or can get) multi bend mandrel bent tubing that they can then cut up to use for it. Or if nothing else, they could crush bend it and just use 3" pipe (which will still flow way over what stock ~2" ID stuff does).
I don't think busy is the word for it at this point. Sure feels like it crosses into scam territory when you've got people going 4+ years waiting on parts.
For reference, below were the waits one member on a different forum experienced. That thread was just updated last year - 2022 - which makes some of those "have not arrived" comments absolutely insane.
