05 monte 3.4 exhaust

I have an 05 monte ls with the 3.4 engine, what type of exhaust mods have you done to your car.Would cutouts sound good coming from a 3.4. Should i take the res out? Any suggestions let me know.

I have the GMPP cat back exhaust on my car and I love it
