05 MC/SS/SC exhaust suggestions

Hey guys so I've yet to find a member selling any 17 inch rims I like and have yet to find any near me on craigslist and etc, so If I go thw whole winter without getting them I'll most likely do exhaust first when I ge tthe car out of storage, anyone got any good suggestions that are not too costly that'll make it pretty loud?

for my magnaflow cat back with resenator delete is around 200-250 at my local exhuast shop.

Really I was thinking magnaflow too I'd read a few posts saying that the Borla is not a very loud system.

Borla isn't all that loud, but it does sound best on the 3800s - it doesn't really drone. On the 3800s you're going to get low RPM drone and a bit of a ricey sound above 3k RPMs.

I'd like it to be pretty loud not like my last truck with flowmaster or straightpipe loud but still loud

I know its a cheap route but has anyone just done glasspacks? How'd that turn out? My mechanics son, one of my best friends Dan H. has an 03 Grand Prix GT 3800 N/A and he said his has cherrybomb glasspacks on it and he likes them? Anyone else have an opinion

Well Glass Paks are a tried and true method to jump up your vehicles exhaust sound. Never heard them on a newer Monte but bet it would work real well. Back in the late 60's & early 70's
we used them quite often on our cars. Were in High school and not very deep pockets.

i saw this clip on youtube. i actually like the way it sounds. he used a magnaflow resonator and a 18" glass pack and deleted the mufflers. has a deep, throaty sound.
