Vehicle ID help

Hey all, new guy here. Please be gentle.

I'm a Detective in the midwest. I'm looking to narrow down the year on the below pictured vehicle, which is the suspect vehicle in a violent, armed felony crime. I figured there was no better group of people to ask than Monte Carlo enthusiasts. The vehicle has mag rims, no sunroof, and no spoiler. Can anyone provide a definitive year or year range?
Thank you in advance!

You don't sound like a detective. But good luck anyway.

Weird. I sound like a Detective to everybody around here. There is no good database for subtle model year changes. Instead of poring through photos and the wikipedia page, I figured I'd ask here and someone might know off the top of their head.

I find this incredibly strange. Maybe thats just me..

Anyway, I think thats an '04 ls. Those wheels and black bottom trim came on the 2004 ls.

Thank you. I'll admit, it's not something I've done before on an investigation, but I happened across the forum when I was trying to find the model year changes and figured I'd give it a shot.
