Default Tbi question
You are looking at the bottom of a Rochester Tbi 220. Why is the right side look so burnt. Is this rebuild-able?

All that plate does is open and close to let the air/fuel mixture in. It looks burnt because there was some significant backfiring going on at some point...The burnt area is of no concern at all. Just clean it thoroughly with TB cleaner and replace the gaskets.
