When I fount the sketched one I actually was thinking of contacting the artist through his website and seeing how much the actual painting of this would cost

There's just something about those hoods that I like. I've debating for a year about whether or not to get one. It reminds me of the 1998-2002 Camaro SS hoods, and I may have an opportunity to get an '02 Z28, so I could possibly have matching hoods. (The owner of the Z28 put the SS style hood and spoiler on it)
