Rpm jump

Noticed whenever car is in drive at idle rpms are a little static jump from around a good 200-400 rpms only when stoped. Idle is a tad bit rough. I assume it’s the nature of the beast or it’s from my 3in exhaust but not sure. I have cleaned my MAF and throttle body to see if there is any difference but no luck. Anyone know of any other possibilities?

I'm assuming you mean its jumping 200-400 rpm beyond stock idle as there's no way its idling at 200?

If that's the case, it's not the nature of the beast - a 400 rpm jump is like 50% of the total commanded idle speed. Something is broken unless you installed a monster cam and just happened to forget to tune it.

I'd grab a scan tool and look at what the sensors are telling you. As with most of these types of threads, its hard to give any accurate advice with just the symptom and no data.
